If you are using a free service, usually backups are on you. Don't blame the host unless they specify they are giving you backups!

Nevermind. I solved it.

I am currently trying to rebrand the images on my VP login area. It changed the first time, but no when I try to upload a new image to the VP Login Customizations it does not save. i've tried refreshing. And as for chaching it's not possible that is going on as I have cleared my cookies and cache and even tried accessing the VP login from a proxy and in seperate browsers and it just doesn't change. The background image will not change either.

Most modern browsers should have an option to enable javascript.
