I have a question I set up an account to host free sites. But I changed my mind and now I just want the Free hosting offer for my domain name. How can I change it? I just signed up for Free Hosting, but the name servers are the same. How I can't change from a Free Hosting site to just a site? Help Thanks, Bill

I tried it about 10 times. I even changed the password a number of times and it wouldn't work. I just changed the password again and it worked. I take it you can't have any "special characters" in your password. Because I was using the in the password. Don't know what made me try it without special characters just now.

Yes I was trying to use the webmail client.

I made email address for my site and I can't log into any of them. I keep getting the messaged "Failed" The MX and everything is correct but still I can't log into any of the accounts.

I made the changes. So I hope that clears things up before someone joins. Now I just need to get some of my fellow artist to join

Okay I think I fixed what I think needed to be change on the pages. Maybe Byet Host should do the same for a Free Hosting sites. Because they way it was kind of miss leading. I thought the free sites got email. But now I can deal with it when the question comes up. I'll just say email is for hosted Domain Names only

Okay I think I took care of the list under What We Offer I added the words "Domain Names Only" next to some features https://abstractartist.xyz/free-hosting.php Now I need to try and do something with the index page.

I understand what your saying. So the wording on the main page and the What We Offer page should be changed. Because as it reads Free Hosting gets email etc.. If Free Subdomains get one thing while Free Hosting for a domain name gets something else it should be listed that way. Is there a template or anything with information about both options?

So when someone joins up for a free hosting account. They can't use the email like [email protected] That's not a good thing. Everyone will be asking me why they can't get the email account(s). When it states they can on the main page and under What We Offer. Because it's all got green check marks. So that's what people will want. Guess I should have looked into it better before I opened the Free Hosting. Because what you read and how it's stated isn't what you get.

Also under This Is What We Offer listing all the features It has Webmail and that doesn't even work.

So the free (Subdmain) hosting can't use the email. They need to have their own domain name, correct? If so that doesn't seem right. Because on the site it shows "10 MySQL Databases, FTP & Email accounts"

Yes I added a subdomain. I joined site just like someone would do if they wanted free hosting. I added my username and other info to set up the account.

Hi I just opened a site and I offer free hosting. For testing I added a site and I can not add any email accounts to the subdomain name My site is abstractartist.xyz and the site I added is artsitview.abstractartist.xyz It's telling me to add a parked or addon domain. How do I do that?
