Guest ikz01 Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 Hi, I am trying to set up a Magento Ecommerce to my website. I was able to successfully upload all the required files on my directory however when I was about to install Magento, a pop up message comes up telling me that innoDB is not supported by the server. I checked mysql and it seems that innodb is indeed supported by this hosting site. I made a trouble ticket yesterday asking for support however I still haven't received a reply from our tech supports. Hopefully someone can help me with this problem. Thank you.
