Found some cool free templates here: [URL]https://www.websitetemplatesonline.com[/URL]. But I also agree with the point above, that sometimes free templates don't have a lot of plugins. During my search I saw so many of them with a fantastic design, but with not so many useful features. So I think, if you have a business website, it's better to use at least a low-cost template.
