Well the DNS must point at your site otherwise it won't load. Do you mean can you get a domain and add it to your account? If so then "yes"

we all know the full form of DNS is Domain Name Server, it should be unique and it should focus on the particular webpage.

yes you can all you have to do is : 1. Find the ip address of the current dns 2. Create an A record for your domain ex : ns1.yourdomain.com in A IP OF CURRENT DNS ns2.yourdomain.com in A IP OF CURRENT DNS 3. Use ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com or give it to your client Note : If you are a Myownfreehost reseller ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com have already been created by default. i hope it will help you
