I knew what the problem was its about .htaccess file, but I'm not good on it ,so what I need is creat rules in one htaccess file just one htaccess file for all files and directorys whithout creat htaccess file in allfolders one by one this gonna take alot of time so if you know any thing tell me thank you.

Hi there really really thanks for your replay , I sent the problem with ticket system to support but there is no replay to this moment , please look I uploaded my website with ftp without problems this is not the first time i install a website , now when you trying to install the website example : www.yourwebsite.com/install/ I got the 403 forbidden problem in the page of instalation and the samething with pictures all of it is forbidden you cant see picture in my website ,I cant install it also there is no ssh console in cpanel I think the problem is nginx i have to do some configurations on it but you know i dont have ssl I hope you can do something thank you verymuch for the host.

Hello, how are you admins i hope you Enjoing your time =) So I have problems with permissions when you try to browes somefiles in my website you got this Forbidden You don't have permission to access /*****/ on this server. its not important files its just themes scripts and etc... also i tried to chmod files to 777 but didnt work so please please I need help .
