PHP sendmail is enabled on a really limited basis on free hosting where only registration signup emails from forums are delivered and similar types of message. In this line it is saying that we can only use for limited purpose? We are not availing even limited feature.

I am using free hosting, and when user fill form, then i am not receiving email ..Why?
