No, it is not if you had a account with ifastnet before you may have made a password i would Reset Password (ifastnet.com) for further help in gaining access to support or open a ticket in your cPanel

Hello, there unfortunately not, once you use up all resources you site will be suspended for 24hours, then it will reactivate after 24 hours is up, by chance if it does not become online after 24 hours create a support ticket at Submit Ticket and the staff will review your account, or open a ticket from your Control Panel
