Thank you again evryone for your help it seems while i did read the TOS i did not realize we must  as the ticket response emailed me that we ' must have 5 clicks per month' i was not aware of this and  i must have been blanking out when i read the TOs and guidelines so . thank you again for the help as this explains why i could not log in and such as the account had been terminated as i did not read or if i did i did not realize it we had to do this or have visitors do this i had not set it up and was trying to get it going after stopping using another site tht kept you reqired to sign in every 28 days which is hard when life gets busy to remember . Tank you gain for the help as i was not aware of this conditoin when i read about it . have great weekend everyone and thanks for yor help and patience. 

Thank you I am sorry I appear so stupid . I have only had one site in my life before and it had a control panel but all things were same name and you picked name user name and as well as your own name and registration of nikki or nic in this case if being used and i honestly had no idea that the site with the user name they give me and password i picked they sent to my address but then the forum i had to pick a user name and other password i honestly thought that support was same as forum or my control panel log in and with the three names and such i was so worried about making a mess and not being able to delete it . I honestly do not know why it wont let me in as even when i ask an dput in my 'email as it sent details to me ' it says it does not exist but i do have the details and 2 mails the host here sent me. Again i am glad you are not mad i thought i had mad you angry and maybe annoyed the helpful people on the site as i am very new and been long time since a 1998 website so i do feel very stupid and inept buti am trying hard to understand it and why my email and password or user name and password is not going through i have been on this all week and 9 hours on and off today so i was avoiding asking another question as when i applied to get this site in august last year i could not find the log in page for 2 months so i already felt stupid and had to get that url for the panel so after this weeks having to ask again feel very stupid and the very last thing i would wish to do is to insult or annoy the people trying to help me. Than k you again for your paitence and help and also to those that may have read if i missed any reply . Again sorry for asking stuch what has to be one of the stupidest questions but i am honestly trying hard and very stuck . thank you i have just sent a simple but url and ticket where you said to register. I hope i will get familar with it once i get in and understand it better as i go along. thank you again and apologies for asking such rudimentary things just not sure what else i could do . enjoy the weekend and thanks for replying to help me .

Thank you for your reply . I did not mean to be annoying or make you or anyone else angry to put a ! i just feel very foolish and am stumbling through with a lack of understanding no matter how much I read. I do not wish anyone here to get the idea i am some 'demanding stuck up person as some can be like i know with help questions as i very much do appreciate any help and the patience of all to read to help newbie out with this . I misunderstood i thought that the sign in at that url was the same password as the control panel or the forum so this has helped set me straight to let me know i need to register and use another password i thought was same as the control panel to get in or forum and i did not want to keep registering for a new website with mess on server and all oiver. so i will go and register at the url you gave me now as i was not even sure if someone did answer before or that was just a automatic sentence at end of the reply after posting . .sorry for the lack of my grasping it i am doing my best to understand this i am not totaly dumb but i sure feel it at the  moment . hello i am unsure if i have had a reply as it isays one reply and that Mike quoted my post in somewhere but i can not see an answer. I only see still under my post saying

 open a support ticket at rrps:// Support .ifastnet.come . you will need to resigster to received suport this account is differen tfrom the hosting one but there is no name and that was on the bottom of my question before. i am still in same position i have a password for the forum and a differnt one for the control panel but nothingis working . Again any help of advice i would appreicate as i do nto want to open endless accounts or register with more and more passwords so far just the two names and passwords for the control panel and other for forum userame and password that other name the website host here gave to me but neither is getting me in still . thank you again for reading i thougth there was a reply but looks like someoe just quioted what i said . thank yo gain for reading and any help as i don't understand what can possibly be wrong .

Hello; can someone help please as i can not even use the ticket as it says ' there is no email registered under that address.  I was trying to log into control panel and it wont let me i have tried my user name, my email address, the log in password i made and the one they sent me in all sorts of ways and its not letting me in . Then i went to file ticket as says in form too for tech help but now that wont let me just says pt your email in and we  will reset password i thought ok do that then . but says No email seems to be under that address , i tried then on hitting 'cant get into my account' then again asks me for mail and i put in and says ' there is no registered email at that address please check ' i know this is the email i registered with can anyone help me or tell me how or some email address i can write to to get help other wise i am going to have to endlessly make another web account which i do not wish to do . I also checked the site ' is it down for everyone or just me' and says this is up and running also i read other peoples maintenance and seems all is working but just wont let me in or say I have a website address here yet i do as i got all the email details many weeks ago and just starting to day to do a site now i have time and now seems i can not . Can anyone please help me or tell me who i can email and their address as i cant fill out any ticket wont let me in     Thank you everyone for reading and trying to help a newbie to byetnet . ( ps also there is not a limit like on some other sites where you must log in every 28 days is there on this site i did not read that but that is the only other thing i can think of that might be cutting me off but even if i started another account i would not be able to still get in to delete first one so i am stuck any help Very Much appriciated for contacting technical help without having to sign in as it seems to hate my email even though i got all my details through this mail address . Hello Support Guru ; Thank you for your help I did not see any mail come in but i just checked back couple of hours after i posted and saw your site. Turns out the email is online in the spam folder so without your help i would not have got it I am trying to white list the email address now . Thank you so much as I usually can find the login drop down or such on  a page but i honestly could not see it . Thank you so much for reading and taking the time to answer what must seem like a very silly question.

I appreciate your help or i would still be sitting here and not knowing to look onilne for my spam folder for mail info . Thanks again ! 

Hello probably a very silly question but i have just signed up for a website free at Byet . I have confirmed my site name and it is there empty I came back to the home page at https://byet.host/ and as silly as this sounds there is no where and i can not see anywhere to log in so i can get into control panel . Can anyone help me at this first step . I have never lost a log in at a website host page before . Thank so much for all your help. feeling silly but that is a first i honestly can not see at the url where 'log in ' is in top menus at all . Thank you again for reading
