    Is your NS still pointing towards the right servers?
    What is your website URL?

    So when using a domain not with MOFH, this will still work?

     

    Instead of be having to register glue records, I can just use them as A Records and then clients can point their domain to fr1.ns.domain.com and it will point to their website?

You will need the NS IP addresses given to you in your welcome email. If you no longer have that email you will need to open a support ticket at ifastnet.com/support and they will give them to you. If you chose this option make sure you mention that your a reseller and include your domain name. Support is really good about helping out with these inquiries

    No, I want to understand properly how they work.

     

    I have never registered them as glue records, they just work automatically for me.

    I had this issue as well. Once a package is assigned to the user, the system doesn't like to update it. So, the work around I used is on the user page I defined the custom quotas using the boxes for them on that page. It will change the quotas and reflect that in the user account.

    I cannot seem to find this at all. 

    Your site's sign up page seems to be broken - the captcha isn't showing up and the iframe just disappears when the confirmation is supposedly meant to appear.

    Remote Login is not always an option; some people (like me) prefer to login directly from the panel & if iFastNet allowed us to customize the panel login form, there are cPanel designs that could be implemented to vPanel too.

    My suggestion to the admins would be to update the old cPanel based login form on the vPanel with something that looks similar to the new one cPanel has.

    I like this idea.

     

    And if we can't get a fully customizable panel - can we atleast get an updated one that fits in? 

    With mobile functionality and stuff - the current login looks right out of the 2000s.

  7. Is there a way to upgrade the main hosting plan?

    By this, I mean the actually account that hosts the domain & front page.

    Instead of it being on the default plan, can I allocate a different plan to the main account - or would I need to contact iFastNet?

    On the new website, when a client tries to register, the email is not coming through at all (including in the spam folder)

    Im sorry to hear this. You new domain works for me pretty well. I saw you have enabled cloudflare on your old domain. You can go to cloudflare dashboard>page rules and create a 301 redirect to your new domain! Please let me know if this helped you.

    Would the cpanel still work from this domain too?
