  1. I've now noticed that I cannot add an SSL Certificate for my main domain... I am able to click the configure button for any sub-domain and parked domain, but cannot see my main domain in the list - removing parked and subdomains, the list of available sites for configuring is empty... Please someone assure me this is just a bug? Surely I cannot be the first person ever to try to add an SSL certificate for their domain!? Or add dns records... I've moved my nameservers away from ns*.byet.org, and shall be moving my whole domain and closing my account if this isnt fixed soon. Seriously doubting the credibility of the service right now. Not a way to do business
  2. Oh BTW I'm not shouting - I know my topic is all in caps, but that's just a cut-n-paste from the CName page, the message is all in caps ?
  3. Hello, I have created a new reseller account and I have gotten the email to tell my my account is activated! Yay! Exploring the vista/cPanel, I needed to add some DNS records. So, I click the DNS (cname) button, only to find that under the DOMAIN dropdown box, it says there are no domains registered on my account!? - there should be. MY domain! So, I clicked the add-on domain button, and in the list of already active domains, I can clearly see that my domain is listed, and the home directory that it points to... So is there some configuration error going on here? Why is my domain not able to be selected to add DNS records? If I create a new add-on domain (which I did using another domain that I own for testing purposes), then I can add additional DNS records for that domain, so why can't I do it with the domain that is hosting my default site? Thanks in advance for your help guys n gals!
