I have installed prestashop with softaculous and the installation fine. But there is a problem, I enter my administration and enter my access credentials, mail and password correctly and it does not enter the panel, it stays in a photo of the bird and does nothing.

hi, i'm trying to upload my prestashop to be able to create it from the server. As I have read, you have to upload it in public_html but I cannot find the folder in the FTP, I only see htdocs. I have uploaded it to htdocs but nothing appears when I enter my url. Can you help me please?
