Hello, I need help I have suspended my hosting and I can not do nas, could revise the reason please that it was a good prollect I had, thank you very much, I hope your answers

Hello, I've been suspended some few minutes ago, I tried to log in at this link but it doesn't accept my email. Should I register separately to that link to ask for support, or do I need something else?

By the way about the suspension, I can enter cpanel (b17_19253455) but it redirects me to https://panel.byethost.com/panel/index_cp_sus.php could it be the service is in maintenance at the moment or something like that? I don't remember doing anything troublesome for the server, so far I've just enabled SSL and I've been uploading/deleting small html files (using the web file manager) because I'm testing static pages with different styles. In total since registering (yesterday) I believe I didn't even waste 20MB of traffic.

It would be nice to at least receive a notification email with the reason of the suspension when things like these happen (or is there a notification somewhere in cpanel? if so, I totally missed it).

I've received answer from byethost.com support on the ticket I opened from cpanel, it was faster than I would have expected.

Everything is fine now I guess. :)
