Why would I be getting a posting error?

Hello there, I wasn't sure if I should create a support ticket for this so I'll post it here.

I have a signup page at https://ciht.ml/signup.php. However, upon attempting to signup you receive a message that says "Posting error, please contact support".

Does anyone know the reason why I am getting this error? (btw, that domain is registered in my MOFH panel)

This happened to me some time ago. The problem is ( if i remember correctly ) that while you where doing changes, you deleted a .php file with a name like submit, register or something similar i cant remember right now.

Once you put back that file, everything should be back and working.

If you dont have a backup, go to https://myownfreehost.net/templatedemos.php and download a template, unzip it, and search for the file(s).

I will post an update if i remember the name of the file.

@Ulti Sorry for the grammar mistakes in the post before this one ( dammit autocorrector ).

The file you should be looking for is "geturl.php"

Thank you for your reply, however, I got the geturl.php and I even replaced the signup.php file but I still get the error.

Are you using cloudflare on that particular website, or have you change the directory of the signup file ?

I am not using cloudflare and the signup file is in the main place.

Try replacing the signup, and geturl files ( with new fresh ones ). If you already have done this, make sure the domain is registered as a reseller domain on your reseller panel.

But if all this fails; The only solution i see is to contact support at https://support.ifastnet.com

Sorry for not being of too much use :(

Remember that the file signup.php must be in the directory of the main reseller domain if it is in another different page will not work also clarify that the file signup.php which receives response from the form order.ciht.ml/register2.php can not Make from https or give error as well as another detail that I saw on your page signup.php is the dns are not the same as where you are running that form you remember that the signup.php must be in the main domain of your reseller or Is ciht.ml or circlehost.ml

You should change them to order.ciht.ml/register2.php or order.circlehost.ml/register2.php if you want to use a single form for two two domains will not work the solution is to load an identical template in your domains resellers greetings.

For what i could see, he is not using ssl on the signup page, so there shouldnt be any problem with https.
