This means as a reseller, you can create and suspend free hosting accounts using the cPanel API, this allows you to utilize hosting mangement applications like WHMCS. Using an application like WHMCS to create your free hosting client accounts can give an even more branded experience for your clients, keeping your clients on your website and billing system at all times.
