So, I need to update nameservers while maintaining  both ns1.byet.org, ns2.byet.org and ns3.byet.org? Or, removing them and use Cloudflare DNS instead?

If you have pointed the domain to these nameservers and the account has been created on MyOwnFreeHost's system, then you should remove them and use the CloudFlare ones.

Just switch to Cloudflare's NS records. If you're using the TXT records to get your site verified on some service, you may switch back once it's done (some may "invalidate" the site if they don't see the records anymore).

So, that means I need to know free hosting reseller NS IP addresses before switching to Cloudflare?

Cloudflare should be capable of detecting all the current settings. The only thing you would have to do is edit the NS in your domain provider panel, and put the ones cloudflare tells you to use.
