acidelic Posted February 3, 2020 Share Posted February 3, 2020 Hello, the prestashop 1.7.6.3 version from Softaculous can not be installed on the Free hosting, I always get the error : Quote The following errors were found :Could not make the query numbered : 13MySQL Error No : 1071MySQL Error : Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes What can I do to install a prestashop 1.7 + version ? You could try to download and install prestashop without softaculous,and see if the same happens.
