TinkerMan
Yes, there is a reactivate call. However, it only works for accounts suspended for inactivity, and should only be used if the user triggers it. as for the reset password, it does work. Your user will get an Mail directly when their account goes to AUTO_IDLE. Theres also an link in that email. If you want to, you can have your own Client Area do the same thing: If it receives the callback, send an E-Mail to the user. If the user decides they still need the account, you can send the API Call to activate it again. Your account only needs 3 (or 5, I dont remember) hits per month to not go into AUTO_IDLE. If an user falls below that, chances are pretty high they dont use the account/site anymore.

You cant change the username prefix. Best you could do is have your account deleted completely, and then sign up with another domain. If you add an additional domain in your MOFH panel, you can choose the prefix. If you just want to access your files, you can simply sign in on any vPanel, e.g. cpanel.byethost.com, even if your domain is expired. Why do you want to reactivate accounts from the reseller side at all? (I beleive its possible via the MOFH Panel) Its the clients job to make sure their account stays active, and it should also only stay active when they use it. Its not really your job.
