TinkerMan
win-amce is for a Windows environment, not a Linux environment.
pepin
yes, i have windows. I have private key and CSR. I test add SSL Free hosted by ByetHost7 Edited September 15 by pepin
BastelPichi
The process is more complicated, as you need another domain thats not on ByetHost/MOFH. Id reccomend you use a host like https://tinkerhost.net to either host your site entirely (its the same infrastructure but with more features) or just to install SSL. TinkerMan
A much simpler way would just be to use an online platform like LetEncrypt to get a free 90 day cert, or a service like TinkerHost to get a 10tr untrusted cert (if you are using a web proxy like CloudFlare). Lets Encrypt doesnt offer any web portal?! Also you still need an additional domain, and you could use the trusted cert from TH too, no?

GGSSL does have a web portal, LE does not. You could grab the GGSSL cert though TH if you did not want to use GGSSL, yes.
pepin
Thank you for your ideas. I went with TinkerHost. It's impossible to share the link on Facebook, but I'll figure something out. The main thing is that Firefox and Chrome accept it. I tried Let's Encrypt, but it wasn't validated by either browser. Anyway, thanks everyone, case closed, unless you have a solution to enable sharing TinkerHost links on Facebook. 😇🤣
