If you cant access your site, your account has most likely been banned.

I have tried the cpanel link in the email along with the cpanel username and password at the upper part of the email

As I said I can login via ftp just fine I can see the website just fine

When I go to the website you linked it asked me for the email(done) and the pass.. it then returns exactly nothing

I created an account I did the emails

I can login via ftp to the site with the credentials in the email

I can't login to the control panel at all with the same credentials from the email
