A couple days ago my domain was working perfectly. but now when i go onto the website, it shows me a server ip error, does anyone have the same problem?, how do i fix it. Please help me.

i put a index.php and install a wordpress php application at root directory, but i always visit my web site's url it shows an original error information page, how can i change it? please tell me ,thank you. after this post some minutes the problem has be fixed by auto. thanks for your care.
