I checked that out but the version of Cloudfire that comes with a paid plan does not prevent future DDOS attacks... I would need a special paid version of Cloudfire for that to be the case.

Claude flare is a different company. All cloud flare plans free or otherwise help protect against DOS attacks. But getting a higher plans gives you more features.

Maybe you have bad code in your website which code trigger a error. Or ns change. 

I was told it was a emergency maintenance because of a DDOS attacker. And yes it's been fixed! 

I am both using the free service and a reseller and I and notice and been told that file manager is not working. It was been hours now and no fix. I already contacted support over 7 hours ago and all I got and that they were on it. What caused this error and when will it be fixed?

Which makes no sense. Let's Encrypt provides free SSL certs to web hosts (not taking to account that you can donate money to them)

So this really puzzles me to be honest. Why put a price on something that is free?

Well I will admit that the server response time is quite fast but the 50,000 daily hit limit is kinda sad. At first I was ok with it because I thought it meant 50,000 visitors but nope it means every file that is shown. Which really sucks for websites with a lot of files. And please don't say "you can upgrade you account by link on the following link [LINK]" because with compromises like this it's hard to know if I can trust that it will be money well spent.

Does this have to do with why file manager wasn't been working for hours?
