No, OMG I am obviously not explaining this properly at all, LOL I finally logged into the reseller panel and there are no options there either. OK, ill try to explain again, or ill just have to accept it.... I created a customer account as a test. When an account is created, it automatically assigns a username and domain name. The domain name is a sub domain of my website. How do I change the username and domain name? I can't see an option either myside or client side to change the username. I also can't see an option to change the 'default' domain name that is allocated. Even when I create another domain name, I can't seem to swap it and delete the other one. eg ... The default sub domain that was created, was created from the email I provided. For example [email protected] gave [email protected] I then created another subdomain in the client cpanel [email protected] On the client side (cpanel) it shows the main domain as [email protected], but no way to swap that to [email protected] as the main domain (and to delete the original). I also cannot see any option to do this on my side in reseller account panel. I hope what I am asking is a little clearer???

I am a reseller of free accounts. I did a test and pretended that i am a customer When I signed up for a free account I was automatically assigned a 'main' domain. Can this be changed.

When I test registered for a free account, I registered with [email protected] My main domain in my test account cpanel is [email protected] Can my customer change the 'email' part of their main domain. If so, WHERE in their cpanel is it? Or can I change it at my end? thanks

Hey, apologies for the dumb question. I am just using all the defaults / templates that came when I signed up as I want to mainly use the free hosting for my own private clients, but I have been obviously checking all the links and removing the irrelevant links / information. Dumb question... The 'hosting news' page that is set up shows the paid plans, but then links to ifast. How do I get credited / how can I register as an affiliate and ensure that I get something for this?
