What i can do to fix it ?

i tranfer my website. Because i download all file in domain. But now my website is not working.

i have an account at byethost. Today, i decide to tranfer my website https://vitinhquan7.com to new hosting i just bought. Then i open ticket. Support name byethost3.com. And support is not friendly. He refuse any request from me. But i can't compress file. Then i use filezilla. But it have an error " file tranfer faile". And now my website is not working. i open a ticket again. And i not receive any support Can you help me with my site.
