Hello, I've been trying to find a new website template, and I found a perfect one! (the myownfreehost ones, are outdated) How do I install a website template? Im trying to install "Project Logged" Any tips, answers? Thanks!

Hello guys I was trying to access my website's file manager, but it won't load. It keeps telling me to log-in, I use Apple's built it one and it still didn't work Do you guys have any solutions? (I fixed it)
