HOW DO I ENTER THE SERVICE SUPPORT IF PAID ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS? Account data I do not get! And so we draw on the forums!

[B]First of all, you do not need to be paid hosting, to use that support. Second of all, DON'T ALL CAPS in here! Go to the site, register support account, then in the field where asks for invoice, you put N/A[/B] [B](The field EVEN tells you that, if you READ.)[/B]

I think same with you BurkeKnight I Have Support account, It's A nice service , Support Staff is very kind, i've posted over 30 tickets on there
