When set the support forum and ticket system, they only show in the Vista Panel, not cPanel.

Hmm I've tested this and the ticket options do show in cpanel, please submit a ticket with the account username for more checking. Thank you!

Have you looked to where the support ticket links to in the free hosting cPanel? Goes to the built in support ticket system, not the custom ones, like Vista Panel does. I believe Craig had explained that it is due to the cPanel icon system, or something to that effect.

Yes, I mean the ones we set from the reseller panel. The ones that override the default system.
