All the ftp details can be found on your Vpanel ( vista panel ), if you cant find them, just click on the search box and write " ftp ", then it should appear on your screen. Click on i lost my password. Remember, you need to use the username that it was provided to you, and the password you signed up with. If you dont remember them, you can find them in the welcome email, if you cant find the welcome email, then, please look in your spam folder.
