If you want to check this details, you can find them in the welcome email. If everything is correct and you still cant login, but you can access your site via FTP, and http ( through the web Browser ) Please contact support at https://support.ifastnet.com . I have tried the cpanel link in the email along with the cpanel username and password at the upper part of the email As I said I can login via ftp just fine I can see the website just fine When I go to the website you linked it asked me for the email(done) and the pass.. it then returns exactly nothing Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
