You need to add the following files: https://www.filehosting.org/file/details/683764/qx6RLj2henvm22zu/signup.php https://www.filehosting.org/file/details/683765/xMsx1qUUwWcTWO3d/geturl.php You can edit the signup.php file to customize it.
