Error - Read-only file system - can't write (modify) files

 Hi, Friends!
Today I went to the FTP server (on FTP clien FileZilla, as usual),
and made sure that all the files became read-only (but shows attributes 644 for files and 755 for directories).

Also I can not write any file on ftp (error- Read-only file system).
What could be the problem?

As I autonomously, only the hoster itself can correct the error.
I opened the ticket, but now the answer is silence :(

The last time I went to FTP several months ago, everything worked.
Places occupied near only 13Mb, traffic is also very small.

Or is there an option to reset the hosting settings and order files again?

Thanks in advance for your help!
