Guest Cata
Great news for users. However, InnoDB does not cause high load on shared hosting?
Guest Administrator
innodb uses more ram in a mysql server, and if its not configured to use a file for each tablespace it can cause managment issues, however ram relativly cheap nowdays as are the ssd's in the mysql servers, id still recommend to anyone to use myisam over innodb due to myisams ability to be 'repaired' (which innodb really doesnt support)
