I firmly request that you think better on how you start asking for help, and act more patient and civilized. Also, as it's said throughout the forum, please use the SUPPORT site for said support issues.

  16. Yes, it is possible to upgrade the account to premium. Please sign up and file a support ticket at https://support.ifastnet.com/ They will help you to purchase a premium account and get the reseller account to be switched to it. However, this will only make the reseller site a premium account, it will have no effect on the reseller's clients. They meant the account, not just cpanel. The title seemed to explain it a bit more clearly.
  17. You can't change it. You can add the new domain to the MOFH, or start a new reseller account using the new domain. It's really better to just add it, though.

  19. I'm not sure if that script can be used on a free hosting account. It looks like it also may be an older script, that may not have been updated for some time, meaning it may not be able to be run on the newer php versions.
  20. Please do not reply to old posts, in the future. However, since this does seem to be a fix for the issue, until I'm told that it's invalid (I don't use Xera, so don't know) I'm going to let this post stand.
