In case you need such functions, you can write your own by learning PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery and MySQL. In such case you stuck in code you can ask the community for help.

There no such clientarea exists. But MOFHY Lite is available but there are security issues in it. You can use but there is no option for SSL Management.

For self signing, tahts super simple, as you dont need to send anything to a Server and wait for the result or so. You can create one with one library comand.

As for SSL, I am going to vote LetsEncript. But if Self Signed become an option, I vote that instead. 

Self signed can be used with Lets Encrypt because they both have almost same structure.

Good luck! This proved way for difficult then I thought. A tip for you is to make sure to are checking everything about the domain (Account, status, owner, etc) on activation AND open request.
