That’s not the same password that is used for the Admin panel, they are different. You can’t reset the admin panel password unless you are logged into the admin panel.

Make sure you don’t have caps lock on, changed keyboard layout, etc. try a different device and see if that changes anything. If not, please contact iFastNet support, nobody here can help you with that.

It was a comment relating to all the spam posts a day or two ago. Most forums only let new users create 2 or 3 topics in their first 24 hours without moderation support.

You can use ns1.domain.tld and ns2.domain.tld for any domain that is on the MOFH network and using byet namservers. If the domain "openhost231.com" is connected to MOFH and using Byet namservers, then yes, you can tell your clients to use those namservers.
