bmn1 Posted November 20, 2020 Share Posted November 20, 2020 Hello good people, I'd like to change my dns settings to ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org on my registra, unfortunately that always leads to an error. My registra pointed out that there might be no zone file created on those servers. Byethost support claims they "do not support using .de domains directly because the .de registrar has very unusual rules and requirements for using a domain." Is that true? If I use cloudflare for example it's easy as pie to change it to their dns. I also changed a .co domain to byethosts DNS before. My goal is add my domain to byethost and afterwards change back to cloudflare anyways. On the website I could not find any information regarding the "we do not support .de domains".
