Have you tried contacting https://support.ifastnet.com about it? From the way I'm thinking this though, it seems like you're using MOFH with Cloudflare (not recommended), and you had a cpanel record. The IP for the panel changed some time ago during migration, and you might be stuck with the old one. Check your records in Cloudflare that the record is "51.195.221.8" and not the old one.
