Client area does not have any affect with the vPanel. I've tried accessing the cPanel (vPanel) in the screenshot through https protocol, and it is not working. However I have a suggestion for you. Try asking if ccTLD makes a difference? Is it easier to issue automatic SSL for regular TLDs like .com compared to ccTLD like .rr.nu (that you're using)?
