  1. CloudFlare have unfortunately stopped supporting the cPanel plugin... you need to sign up at cloudflare.com to use their service, then go to your domain registrar to change/use CloudFlare's named servers, see: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login RailGun will automatically be enabled once your domain name servers are changed to use CloudFlare and your domain is set to resolve to an IP address in CloudFlare.
  2. Looks like it's stuck on trying to load something. What have you recently changed? You may want to undo whatever it was.
  3. I would suggest filing a support ticket asking about this. They'd be more able to explain how to do so.
  4. You know I have to pick on you... If I didn't, you'd think I didn't like you anymore... LOL
  5. TinkerMan, can't you ever use the edit button, instead of always double posting?
  6. There's yet another option. Where Google will supply you with a file to download then upload to your site. This may be the best way for you.
  7. Xera is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 The GNU GPL is the most widely used free software license and has a strong copyleft requirement. When distributing derived works, the source code of the work must be made available under the same license. There are multiple variants of the GNU GPL, each with different requirements. This means it is not legal to make a closed source project from an open source project.
  8. 1. Make a favicon. 2. On About Page: A < above the plan table. 3. On Signup page: Security code image not working. 4. Contact page just goes to white page with: "Please upload a ticket to contact." 5. Premium plans page just goes right back to main page. 6. Privacy page just has: "Our web hosting is free. We will not sell ANY of your information. Cookies will not collect personal information." You really need a lot of work on the site. You need to do up a real Privacy policy page.
  9. Actually, I often help out there. All 5 of my forum sites are ElkArte, and I have done a lot of modding them. I've tried all the others, and seriously find them lacking in functions, security and responsiveness.
  10. Like I stated, go with something that's more modernized, like ElkArte. All the rest are horrible when comes to responsive design as well as outdated coding. Also, with ElkArte, you can install SimplePortal, and actually make the whole site from the forum, including the blog. Like I do, make one board for the "blog" posts, then set a main page through SP's settings, and have it show a board news block, showing the board you use for the blog posts. Then, set that board to reply only, so only staff can make topics.
  11. 1. Like stated above, you need to fix the menu buttons. 2. The Contact button goes to a 404 not found. 3. Make your own favicon for the site. The default WordPress one is not good to use. 4. WP has plenty of responsive themes. Where did you ever find one that isn't now-a-days? 5. For security reasons, get your email address off the site! That's why there's a contact button, to make a contact form on where spam bots won't be spamming you. I've told you before about having email address visible. 6. Get a real forum, like ElkArte, as the bbPress forum is so full of security issues and is really outdated. (Click the link and read the reviews!)
  12. As far as I know, this is something that's never been set up yet. I'll talk to the main server staff about it and get back to you, as I like this idea, and will make a feature request for it.
  13. 1. You may want to remove the email address from the footer, and make a contact form, or your own support ticket system link instead. Spam bots look for email addresses that are publicly posted. 2. Are you using the built in support system? 3. A community forum would also be a nice thing to have.
  14. How about the most obvious turn-off? The name/domain. Who in their right mind would want to get hosting with "dead" in the name? "Oh wow! My site about whatever has death-hosting at the end! Isn't that freaking awesome?" Note the sarcasm in that.
  15. I think it was meant about posting it here, not in the email.
  16. There's even a Flarum addon for ElkArte, for those who really like that style. I for one, am not a fan of Flarum style.
  17. Please do not post multiple topics for the same issue. IP's are set due to the fact that we use a cluster network. This means that not all subdomains on the same account will have the same IP. If wish to learn how to use cloudflare, please refer to the knowledge base.
  18. 1. "Powered by" would negate the "Ads-Free" part. They'd no longer be able to say they don't place ads on client sites. 2. MyBB is so outdated and full of security vulnerabilities, I'm shocked that it's still in Softaculous. People would be better off with ElkArte.
  19. Forget SMF. Most of their "staff" are plain idiots that don't even know their own software as well as they should, and usually don't reply to posts that concern issues. You'd be better off with ElkArte. It's based off of SMF, but has been modernized and recoded to be a lot more secure.
  20. Works fine for me. You can't always count on those down for me sites. They always tell me my sites are down when they are up, and even claimed they were up when I know they were down, because I intentionally had them down for moving them. iFastNet was doing some DNS server upgrades, so you may have to clear your browser's cache.
  21. Please sign up and file a support ticket at https://support.ifastnet.com/ We can't do that through the forum.
