As said by dimitris it is only possible through API.

So, to make it work using API you can use WHMCS or make your own client area for that just like infinityfree's one.

WHMCS is compatible and in the video i showed how to set it up properly to avoid array error and it's working. You can check the provided site using mofh which is working. 

Also, if you have WHMCS legit license then we can help you else we can't.

Would Prefer HTML site for main homepage and for signup page use project logged or make custom. Or use whmcs client area or make your own client area.

There TOS might have changed many times from that timeframe. Also, I think now they don't support business sites and reseller hosting site is considered as business site. (Don't know whether it's true or not but reading there tos might help).

Adsense sometime refuses without reasons as I have blog (with .com) domain waiting for adsense approval got refused. Nothing against their policies.

Those NS setup by mofh uses A record to point to an IP address. If you will try to use cloudflare with your mofh account then you will find A record for ns1 and ns2 in DNS records fetched by cloudflare.
You can also use any online dns checker tool to check dns records.

I had tried my best to cover every aspect and make everything easy. You can either watch a video tutorial or read a guide. 

Also, I had attached a hook that will help you to enable the "Login to cPanel" button in your client area.

There can be many reasons like reaching daily limits (suspended for 24 hours) or violation of tos (contact support to get unsuspended).

@typicalGtaTG is right. You can't predict that and I think you will need a premium hosting if you are concerned about the uptime of your site with heavy traffic.
