Yep, don’t use the file manager. After all this time, it was just the file manager.

Don’t use the normal FTP software. Use FileZilla.

I resolved the issue. It was in the FTP software I was using causing files to not be uploaded. That will explain the 404 errors.

I uploaded Xera to a subdomain, I was able to link a SQLDB but I was unable to get past that. I don’t understand why. Does my subdomain have SSL? Yes Did I upload it to the root? Yes
