  1. UPDATE: I contacted support and they said they fixed the problem this morning. Quote: „There was an issue with our firewall configuration that caused recently an issue with cloudflare on some sites, this was resolved this morning.“
  2. I was going to open a support ticket, but before that, I thought maybe someone had the same problem as me. But thanks for the advice.
  3. Hi there, I have been a premium-shared hosting customer for nearly 2 years, and I noticed the downtime increased significantly over the last couple of weeks. I never had any issues with the uptime of ifast servers, but now I experience downtime almost every day. Every time my website goes down, I get a notification, and it’s mostly a 502 (bad gateway) error from Cloudflare. My website doesn’t experience heavy traffic, and I didn’t change anything in the website configuration. According to UptimeRobot and Uptime Monitor (two different companies), the website and all its subdomains go down for 5–20 minutes per day. For clarification: It really goes down; the monitoring services are accurate; I tested it. What's the reason for this, and how can I fix it? And does anyone else have the same issue? (Should I provide the shared hosting server name?) Thanks in advance!
  4. Thank you, it works! I saw in the cloudflare a dns entry for whm.XXX.net. What is WHM and why can’t I login with my credentials? Do you have an idea of what this is? Thanks! Edit: This is a WebHosting Manager (WHM in short) and it’s used by hosting providers for managing clients. That also explains why I couldn’t log in. It's funny though because it was automatically set in the cloudflare dns.
  5. Hello everyone, I am fairly new to hosting an add-on domain. Today I wanted to register my domain at Cloudflare and I needed to change the nameservers. For context, I bought a domain from Namecheap and set the nameservers to the ifast nameservers, so I can use the domain with my existing premium hosting account. My question is, if I change the nameservers to the Cloudflare nameservers, will hosting the domain as an add-on domain still work? Or is there another way to use Cloudflare? Thanks in advance!
  6. Ok, I will try again, thanks for the suggestion.
  7. Hello everyone, I just installed Xera under a subdirectory and after the installation it only displays a 500 error. No error message, just a 500 error from the browser. I don't know what the issue is, the database is installed, I used the latest version and copied all files. One thing I noticed is that the config file and the database file are both empty. I tried to manually set them, but it didn't help. Thank you in advance! UPDATE: I found out what caused the error. I had the ‚oAuth‘ extension installed. This pho extension somehow interfered with Xera. Also I had to remove the ‚RewriteBase‘ line in the .htaccess file.
  8. Go to cpanel.ifastnet.com and then reset you password
  9. I already contacted the support, but I thought maybe this way it would be faster and maybe someone had the same issue. Thanks anyway
  10. The password and the email are not wrong. Like I said before, it worked perfectly yesterday.
  11. Hello everyone, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I'm having with logging into my MyOwnFreeHost account. Up until today, everything was running smoothly. However, when attempting to log in via panel.myownfreehost.net, I'm encountering a persistent problem. After entering my login credentials, the page simply reloads, presenting me with the same login interface repeatedly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, John M PS: I also tried resetting my password, but this didn't help. UPDATE: I contacted support and they sent me a new password.
