Signup not working due to IP change from iFastNet

Hello, I have a signup page on my reseller. However, when trying to signup you get this message:

This account could not be activated due to your ip address changing during signup, you will need to re-register an account (before 185.27.134.36 after *******).

I've looked up the first IP and it's owned by iFastNet, how can I fix this?

Maybe this has to do with the ddos mitigation they are undergoing, anyways, contact support at https://support.ifastnet.com .

Is this problem solved? I have the same problem and don't know how to solve it. Can anyone help me? ;
My customer asked me the following question when activating the email:
This account could not be activated due to your ip address changing during signup, you will need to re-register an account (before 172.71.142.77 after REDACTED)

This is likely because your site may be protected with Cloudflare.

The 172 address is a Cloudflare IP and the 58 address is with Hong Kong Telecom.

When your site is protected with Cloudflare the users IP is not passed properly with cached pages.

If you're using Cloudflare and this sounds like the case to you, Cloudflare has documentation on how to prevent this.

I don't understand why my website is protected by Cloudflare, because I didn't host my domain name on Cloudflare. My domain name was purchased from https://www.domain.com/, and the domain name resolution is also through https://www.domain.com/. My domain name seems to have nothing to do with Cloudflare, so how can it be protected by it? Can you help me figure out what's going on? Thank you! My website: https://freeaihosting.com

You need to signup and activate the account on the same IP address. Tell the user they need to create a new account and activate it on the same device.

Your site does not utilize Cloudflare.

This being known, it looks to be an issue on your users side.

They could be using a VPN or something such as Cloudflare WARP, you should request that if anything such as these is active that they disable them and try again.

If this does not fix it, their issue goes beyond the support you can provide and they should speak with their own ISP.
