  1. Go to MYURL/wordpress instead, the htdocs is a system folder that you can't browse to with a web browser.
  2. Hello, I have a signup page on my reseller. However, when trying to signup you get this message: This account could not be activated due to your ip address changing during signup, you will need to re-register an account (before 185.27.134.36 after *******). I've looked up the first IP and it's owned by iFastNet, how can I fix this?
  3. It should be fixed now, I think it was because of the maintenance.
  4. Can I have a look at the script? Send it to [email protected]
  5. Hello, I am working on a panel using the MOFH API, I want to sync suspended accounts between both sides using the callback URL, however, I can't find any documentation on what the callback URL sends, and how to read it. Does anyone know what it sends, and what have you done to read it?
  6. Hello, I would like to have the ability to create a TXT record, as many online services require you to add one to verify your domain. This also means you have to ability to configure DKIM on your domain, this is a really basic fundamental of webhosting that we seem to be missing.
  7. Why? It is released on GitHub, for free. They even mentioned the link in the start of the topic. But here you go anyway: https://github.com/HansAdema/mofh-client
  8. I've resolved this issue with support. Thank you for trying.
  9. I am not using cloudflare and the signup file is in the main place.
  10. Thank you for your reply, however, I got the geturl.php and I even replaced the signup.php file but I still get the error.
  11. Hello there, I wasn't sure if I should create a support ticket for this so I'll post it here. I have a signup page at https://ciht.ml/signup.php. However, upon attempting to signup you receive a message that says "Posting error, please contact support". Does anyone know the reason why I am getting this error? (btw, that domain is registered in my MOFH panel)
  12. Recently, I have discovered that all emails sent from any client domain on my reseller company is not encrypted. This was an email sent from WordPress, I have also tried sending mail from RoundCube and I get the same result, not encrypted. I hope that you can resolve this issue, in the interest of client security. Thank you
