This bug could be presented due to many reasons:

1. You have a Dynamic IP service that changes IP very quickly for Softaculous to handle, in that case use a VPN with a stable IP.
2. It could be due to the maintenance ongoing at Free Hosting Servers. In that case, try again now, because it works for me.

In any of these cases, make sure to clear browser and DNS cache before you retry.

On Microsoft Windows;

Open a command prompt (super+r, then type "cmd" and press enter)

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

Sign out of cPanel.

Sign back into cPanel.

Try it again.

If this doesn't work, or you're using a different OS, do as @PCTipsGR suggested (I use Windscribe free VPN)

You can download it from their official website. If you're using Debian/Ubuntu it can be installed from apt (forgot the package name lol) or, on Arch, through the AUR (windscribe-cli)

LOL, probably best solution, all the others were for softaculous.
