But anyways, if you believed that the CSS is not loaded, use the Dev Tools (Chrome) or Debugger (FireFox) to check if the files are loaded. Go to your site > Hit F12 on your keyboard or Ctrl + Shift + I at the same time and then navigate to the Console tab and check if there's any problems. Here's a screenshot for the demo site: 1. Is where the Console tab button located at 2. Is the place where errors/messages are shown. You are looking for errors that has "Failed to load resource" which means the resource is not loaded and it will be followed by a reason such as "404 Not Found" or "500 Server Error".
