CloudFlare have unfortunately stopped supporting the cPanel plugin... you need to sign up at cloudflare.com to use their service, then go to your domain registrar to change/use CloudFlare's named servers,
see: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login

RailGun will automatically be enabled once your domain name servers are changed to use CloudFlare and your domain is set to resolve to an IP address in CloudFlare.

Hi I set it in cloudflare, and I added 5 NS records to point to byethost, then I added one A record with IP address, i think on my cpanel showing the host site was byethost8.com then I added Cname point to byethost8.com right?  Somehow my website is down, can anyone direct me what is A record and Cname I should put in DNS in clouldfare?  thanks
