REDACTED I contacted them before with the same issue, and they just tell me to wait because iFastNet servers might get rate limited by LE. After 2 days I got the SSL. SSL on cPanel(or vPanel) was installed automatically. Edited February 26, 2023 by Burke Knight Removed bit about not contacting support. You're going to have to wait for a few days, unfortunately. If you see that too many days pass (a week, for example) and it has not been fixed try contacting them again and let them know.
