healingmindn
Around pacific time from last night on 12 July 2023 into the morning, the ifastnet server was down. The server is now back up. Can this forum be used to communicate such an emergency?
TinkerMan
iFastNet does not use the forum to communicate outages. (And they probably won’t either)
Burke Knight
@healingmindn Please sign up and file a support ticket at https://support.ifastnet.com/ if ever have issues that need the server staff to look into.

You don't understand: ifastnet.com was completely down. Of the few modes of communication I found for ifastnet was byet.net and twitter. I guess twitter is the best choice for the next (potential) outage.

I think they have email support at [email protected] Not 100% sure, requires someone to confirm.

I'm not certain that Twitter is watched much. 9 hours ago, SpookyKipper said: I think they have email support at [email protected] Well, if the domain is down for some reason, like a DDoS, or server work, then the email more likely would also be unavailable.
