Install Xera in subdirectory

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I just installed Xera under a subdirectory and after the installation it only displays a 500 error.

No error message, just a 500 error from the browser.

I don't know what the issue is, the database is installed, I used the latest version and copied all files.

One thing I noticed is that the config file and the database file are both empty. I tried to manually set them, but it didn't help.

Thank you in advance!

UPDATE: I found out what caused the error. I had the ‚oAuth‘ extension installed. This pho extension somehow interfered with Xera. Also I had to remove the ‚RewriteBase‘ line in the .htaccess file.

That’s 100% your problem. Download a new copy of the files from GitHub and set the appropriate parameters
